Are there any specific ways to kill these shark things? I try approaching them in the water, but since bullets do not travel as far, it does not seem to work. If there is a better way to kill these shark things can someone please tell me how? | Twistermaxzz

I had a lot of problem with them until I started using some tricks:
1) Go up to a range where you can hit them. Shoot. They will chase after you. Then go upwards and keep jumping out of the water and shooting at the same time.
2)A safer alternative is to do the same as in 1) but get out of the water onto the ledge asap and shoot them while safely on the ledge.
3) You can lob grenades into water from the outside. ^_^ | sarahcovenant

the dual shot gun works well under water but you gotta keep swimming back or they get to close and attack you | MysticFate

dude they stop for like 5 secs strike em when they stop moving or attack while close to surface so u could escape and best weapon against em is handgun when maxed and rifle or use grenades from grenade launcher they work best | Hipnog

instead using dual shot, you could use the AK(at maximum power) which can cause larger damage and can kill it faster than the dual shot | jhaze05
